What is the difference between Basic and Priority?
Basic is £169.99 and 12 days. Priority is £179.99 and 5 days. The documents are the same.
Can I change option after I submit?
No. Choose before you apply.
Will every organisation accept the report?
Not always. Ask them what they accept before you pay.
Which ID can I use?
Passport photo page, or national ID (both sides), or driving licence (both sides).
What proof of address do you accept?
Electricity bill, water bill or bank statement from the last three months.
How do I receive the report?
By email, to the address on your application.
